If you notice any issues with the quality of your seat covers, here’s what to do:

  1. Email us with a clear description of the problem.
  2. Include photos of the issue to help us work with our production team to resolve it.
  3. Let us know if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement.

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your request. As a made-to-order business, returns and replacements are only available in instances where there are quality defects related to printing or construction.
